To obtain access to the private library, you must be a Regular or Job Share member of USCRA, which requires a federal official appointment. Please email the webmaster for

username and password.

Once your membership has been verified, you will receive an email letting you know you're ready to access the private library. This process should only take a day unless, of course, it falls on a weekend or during a holiday.
