Pick-up Unfortunately, the courtesy van cannot wait at the airport.
Therefore, the hotel cannot prearrange transportation. Instead, we ask
that upon arrival at the airport, the guest go to the baggage claim area
and collect any luggage (if the guest calls prior to collecting his/her
luggage, the operator will only inform him/her that before she sends the
driver, they must collect luggage and call back). In this area there
will be a wall of white courtesy phones listing hotels and car rental
agencies that pick-up at the airport. The guest will look for the
extension number to dial for the Chaparral Suites Resort. This rings
directly to the hotel operator who is in contact with the driver. While
the guest is on the line, the operator will notify the driver and get an
estimated time of arrival to the airport. It can take anywhere from 1
minute to 1 hour for the driver to pickup. The operator will then give
instructions to the guest on where they need to go to meet the driver,
depending on the terminal they are at.
Back to the airport The shuttle back to the airport leaves every hour on the hour
by request beginning at 6am until 10pm. We suggest that at check-in the
guest inform the front desk agent when he/she needs to go back to the
airport. The agent will sign-up the guest for that time on his/her
